Sandra Chabot is will complete her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutritionist in December 2013 as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from the University of Toronto where she graduated with High Distinction. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Digital Communications from Sheridan College.

With food as her foundation, Sandra supports people in building healthy habits while creating a balanced lifestyle. She specializes in stress reduction while enhancing empowerment of self. Her focus is on wholesome and nutritious foods for both the body and the soul. Anchored in her belief that every day can be the best day, Sandra teaches others to be who they are and live their own truth.

Growing up in a home with addiction, Sandra suffered as a result of living in such a stressful environment. She found herself in her early twenties completely burnt out, dealing with digestive distress, hormonal imbalances, and debilitating anxiety. Her journey led her to discover the role food plays in our well-being and the importance of engaging in simple daily wellness practices. She now lives to inspire others to find their own wholeness and personal freedom. Through her own teachings, Sandra was able to break free of the unhealthy patterns that governed her life to reach her full potential and bloom open.
